Covid protocol 2021
All Clients will be required to sign the Declaration of understanding to confirm they are not knowingly taking part in the activity with COVID like symptoms.
All clients will be required to sanitise their hands prior to entering the vehicle. Hand sanitisers will be provided by ourselves.
All clients will be required to wear a face mask when entering and exiting the vehicle.
Clients are not required to wear a face mask whilst cycling, but when stopping they will be required to wear their face mask.
The wearing of face mask does not apply to children 6 years old and under.
All clients will be required to occupy the same seat in the vehicle and must NOT change seats during the excursion.
All vehicles will be cleaned and disinfected at the end of each excursion.
Each individual will be provided with their own water bottle, for them to use throughout the duration of the excursion. These can be refilled by the Downhill bike guide, during the excursion if required.
Clients will be required to keep a distance of 1.5 meters from other people
Clients must handle their own bags and possessions.
Clients must dispose of their own rubbish
Air conditioning will NOT be used in the vehicles, all windows in the vehicles will be fully open at all times.
All drivers will sanitise their hands and will wear disposal gloves, which will be changed after each excursion.
All helmets and bike handlebars will be disinfected after each excursion and at the time of presenting it to the client.
