Out in Salou on holiday withy family, we we're a bit bored of hanging around the hotel so the Thomas Cook rep recommend this to us. Couldn't fault it at all. Great fun to have gliding through some beautiful Spanish countryside. The lads are a great laugh and will bring out the best in everyone. Thanks for the amazing experience! -Billy, Josh and Mike Dinsdale

Amazing. After the hustle and bustle of Salou this experience was so special. Run by an English team, headed up by the most hilarious and entertaining Rob, we spent the morning coasting downhill through the mountains in rural Catalonia.
Through tiny villages and pine forests, it was a magical experience.
What struck me most was the smell of the forest.
We did the half day trip, but I wish we had done the whole day trip.
I would do this over PortAventura any day.
When we got back to Ireland we dusted off our bikes after a long hibernation.
Rob - I think we tripled our awesomeness! From Team Dublin

This is a great and fun way to see the 'real' Salou countryside, without having to be a champion cyclist. Rob and his team couldn't do enough to ensure we had a great time and it was all done in the safest way possible whilst still being off the beaten track. Can't wait to go next year.

My wife, teenage son and I went on the half day ride. The staff were excellent, managing to be both professional and very entertaining at the same time. On the drive out to the ride they provided a very interesting talk on local history, culture, food and politics. The ride is as advertised; downhill and with stunning views. Our group ranged from an 18 month old toddler to old blokes. This truely is an activity all the family can do together. At no stage was there any sense of danger. It was all carried out on very quiet roads. A fantastic way to see some stunning countryside.

We have just completed two weeks in La Pineda and the Downhill bikes was by far the highlight of our vacation.
After being picked up from our hotel Uncle Phil (our mini bus driver) he started the day off so well by passing the journey time by talking about the local area including giving our children an education which they could use to include in there school summer projects.
We met up with three other mini busses and were soon issued with safety wear and saftey briefing. After a short practice ride we were soon winding our way downhill through some really stunning scenery on route one. We picked up some good speed and were impressed that the crew were on route to take photos which meant we were not stopping to take pictures along the way. Route Two was even more impressive which ended in the vines of the Priorat valley.
I do not want to spoil the trip but saying too much about the routes taken but just to say you will not be disappointed.
We chose the half day trip. Ensure you opt for the trip with the local flavours included this gave us the opportunity to visit a vineyard where we tasted a wine rated the 14th best red in the world, also visiting local stores which sold locally produced Olive oils.

The crew involved in this trip were excellent Rob the main man and company owner was very knowledgeable and a real entertainer. All the crew were excellent with our children which made the day extra special.
If you are in this area and do not take part in the trip you have truly missed out. A must do for Families, Couples and Individuals.

Thanks for a great day out.

Just returned from a fantastic afternoon with downhill bikes. All guides were lovely and friendly and Simon was very supportive with my little girl who was a little bit scared at going alone at first but with his encouragement she soon built her confidence. Fun packed afternoon and is great for something different to do while on holiday and the views are amazing!

Had an amazing afternoon with you guys . Our driver was Simon who was fantastic and full of interesting facts about the area . Only thing we are sad about is that we only did the half day really wish we had done the full day . Keep up the great work guys I'm not surprised you have the award for top attraction in the Costa Dorada area you deserve it . Hope to see you again on the future . from us all on the Inverness party today xx

Fabulous afternoon biking down those very steep hills. Great views, great team with fantastic local knowledge, rubbish jokes from Simon kept us entertained in the bus! Our rep messed up our booking so we thought we'd missed the chance to go but thankfully it was rearranged for a different day - phew - would have been gutted if we didn't go - this was the best part of our holiday! We nearly missed our coach transfer home as my hubby had to run back to the room for Alfie's medal which he'd left hung up on display. Definitely coming back next year!!! And my bottles of wine made it back in one piece too
