My wife and I and our two little ones aged 5 and 8 done the half day morning cycle, using the coolest tag along bike's for the kids.
It has to be the highlight of our stay in salou. I was bit unsure at first when booking as it had been a while since I was on a bike, but I needn't have worried about it as the vast majority of the cycling was free wheeling through stunning scenery in the mountains.
Our driver Dave is an absolute gent and very knowledgeable about the area. All the guys are great and friendly.
Thanks guys for the best day out we've had in salou. If you are thinking of doing this, you won't regret it. Me and my family loved and we will be back to do again. Kids loved there medal. A beautiful and brilliant morning had by all.

We had a fab day today and seen loads of sites, the guides were great an informative, Simon was our driver and kept us updated about life in Catalonia (and our 6 year old loved his jokes!!) she rode on the bike extension and had a fab time, really welcoming team and well worth a visit, thanks guys for great memory's

We had a brilliant afternoon with our guide Rob. He provided a running commentry of knowledge and information about the local area which at the start of our holiday proved to be most useful throughout our holiday. Rob's commentary was also a history lession on the Spanish civil war and full of interesting facts and along with his individual style of humour.
My daughter and I had a great time on the bikes. The weather was gorgeous, the pick up was on time and we headed off uphill. We glided through little villages and vine yards and olive trees, places you wouldn't normally visit and with some stunning views. The bike ride was easy enough for us as we are fairly fit, but it's nothing too excessive with a couple of inclines to negotiate. We had the wonderful feeling of cycling through hot air along the roads and valleys. Great instruction and company from Rob. Excellent afternoons entertainment, well worth it.

What a great morning we had with the chirpy, wise cracking Rob . His knowledge of the local area and advice was impressive as well as his history lesson on the Spanish civil war! Fascinating stuff and the bike ride was good too!
Myself, my husband and two daughters aged 14 and 11, all had great fun in the bikes. The weather was perfect, the pick up from the Golden Port hotel, bang on time and off we set with a few hours on an uphill drive up through the mountains. Then a great downhill all the way cycle past olive groves, grape vines, gorgeous wee villages and an eye catching view certainly made our holiday that but more, authentic and fun. Rip roaring company thrown in for good measure too!

If you only do one thing in Salou, you need to make it this. We did the half day one & it was amazing. You get picked up at your hotel then taken to a practice area where you get allocated a bike & helmet. Then you're taken off up into the hills to get started. They guys who run this are just fantastic - very funny & so enthusiatic about what they do and their local knowledge is second to none. I don't know how they do it!

We were a bit aprehensive as we're not experienced cyclists & weren't sure what to expect but we didn't need to worry. They guys' number one priority is safety. Such an amazing day out, I can't praise it highly enough.

What a day to remember with the Salou Downhill Bikes crew. My team comprised of one adult and my two boys aged 9 and 10, we thoroughly enjoyed the half day tour. I was skeptical as I thought it was risky for children, but I was reassured after going through the pre talk. The pre talk covers all safety features, and possible problems you may come across when cycling. Their knowledge of the area and history is really good. The whole experience is amazing and its suitable for children as well. The view around the mountains, church and vineyards, train line, terrain is just breath taking. Team Bedford - see you SOON
